Skritt teller
Ganske greit å ha skritt teller på ipoden. Da kan jeg spasere mens den teller skrittene og høre på musikk mens jeg spaserer. I dag hadde jeg 13,257 skritt som jeg hadde gått. Da hadde jeg spasert en lang tur, spaser til butikken og for tredje gang spasert opp for å hente ei pakke. Har jo hørt at man skal gå hvertfall 10,000 skritt hver dag. Da kan jeg gå to timers tur hver dag.
